Job summary

EY seeks a senior consultant to lead Enterprise SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 migrations and to build modern SharePoint Online intranets. You’ll shape information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches while partnering with client stakeholders for secure, scalable solutions.

You will bring depth across SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration, lead full project lifecycles, and contribute to blueprints, design reviews, and cross-workstream collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
• Experience with at least one major migration toolset (e.g., Microsoft Migration Manager, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, or similar).
• Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead workshops and present recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience delivering in regulated or security-conscious environments, incorporating identity, governance, and compliance requirements into designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations and modern intranets.
• Design target intranets, IA, hubs, navigation, and permissions.
• Execute migrations with pilot management, remediation, and cutover.
• Map legacy workflows to Power Platform patterns (Power Automate/Apps).
• Establish governance, lifecycle controls, and operational reporting.
• Lead workshops, produce client-ready deliverables, and communicate risks clearly.
