Job summary

Apptad Inc. seeks a SharePoint Senior Technical Lead to own end-to-end migration delivery, governance, and architecture for consolidating SharePoint content into ProjectWise. You will drive discovery, planning, and sign-off gates while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

The role combines delivery leadership with hands-on discovery and migration design, including metadata mapping and version-history preservation. Strong executive communication and RAID governance are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT program or delivery management.
Hands-on leadership of large-scale SharePoint/content migration or platform consolidation.
Strong SharePoint architecture/migration background; delivery certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end migration program plan, including discovery, design, build, and cutover.
Lead SharePoint discovery across sites and libraries; manage metadata, permissions, version history, and usage patterns.
Define source-to-target mappings from SharePoint metadata to ProjectWise properties and models.
Coordinate with delivery teams, SAP/OUWM stakeholders, and validation teams.
Manage RAID log, program schedule, dependencies, change control, and executive reporting.
Oversee cutover planning for live production content with readiness checkpoints.
