Job summary

Vings Technologies seeks an experienced IT program leader to own end-to-end SharePoint migration and platform consolidation initiatives. You will drive discovery, design, and delivery, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure successful wave-based migrations and sign-off gates.

The role combines strategic governance with hands-on discovery, metadata mapping, and migration architecture to align with project milestones and business needs. On-site in Michigan, strong communication required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT program or delivery management with hands-on leadership of large-scale SharePoint migrations or platform consolidations.
• Strong SharePoint architecture/migration background and proven delivery success.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent delivery certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end migration program plan, including discovery, design, build, migration waves, cutover, hypercare, and customer sign-off gates.
• Lead SharePoint discovery across source sites and libraries, including content inventory, permissions, metadata, and version history.
• Define source-to-target mappings from SharePoint metadata into ProjectWise properties and work-area models.
• Coordinate across delivery teams, SAP/OUWM stakeholders, business SMEs, and validation teams.
• Manage RAID log, program schedule, dependency tracking, change control, status reporting, and escalation.
• Own cutover planning for live production content with readiness checkpoints.
