Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT program leader to drive a large-scale SharePoint/content migration project into ProjectWise. You will manage discovery, design, and cutover, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires deep SharePoint expertise, hands-on migration design, and strong executive communication to align business needs with technical execution. A PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT program or delivery management with hands-on leadership of large-scale SharePoint/content migrations.
Strong SharePoint architecture/migration background required; PMP/Agile or equivalent delivery certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end migration program plan, including discovery, design, build, and cutover gated steps.
Lead SharePoint discovery across sources: inventory, permissions, metadata, content types, version history, usage patterns.
Define SharePoint-to-ProjectWise migration approach: tooling, sequencing, metadata mapping, version-history preservation, and delta migration.
Coordinate with HCLTech delivery team, customer ProjectWise admins, SAP/OUWM stakeholders, business SMEs, and validation teams.
Manage RAID log, program schedule, dependency tracking, change control, status reporting, and escalation management.
Own cutover planning for live production content, including no-freeze constraints, incremental migration, rollback considerations, and readiness checks.
