Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a SharePoint & Knowledge Manager to design, administer, and optimize enterprise content platforms supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement.

The role focuses on SharePoint engineering, governance, and automated workflows within a Microsoft 365 environment. Ideal candidates will manage a CMS in Microsoft environments, enforce governance standards, and enable scalable intranet/extranet solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.
• 5+ years designing, administering, and optimizing SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams integration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint site architecture (sites, hub sites, permissions, libraries) and external collaboration environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer SharePoint Online environments, including site architecture, permissions, libraries, and extranet capabilities.
• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to support intake, approvals, publishing, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other M365 services to support collaboration and content distribution.
• Build and maintain scalable intranet/extranet solutions aligned with governance and usability standards.
• Establish and enforce content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and document lifecycle policies.
• Act as owner of enterprise content repositories (Comms Hub) and CMS structures.
• Translate intake requirements into structured content templates aligned with enterprise standards.
• Optimize information architecture and search functionality for discoverability.
• Coordinate content review, validation, and publishing to meet SLAs and quality expectations.
• Monitor platform performance, usage analytics, and adoption trends; drive improvements.
