Job summary

ITC Defense Corp. is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to support design, modernization, and sustainment of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions for Navy logistics and enterprise information management requirements.

The role involves architeting and implementing secure SharePoint solutions, developing Power Automate workflows, dashboards with Power BI, and ensuring compliance with RMF, STIGs, and DoD governance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience architecting secure SharePoint solutions with access control and governance.
• Experience with DoD environments and RMF/ STIGs.
• Strong communication, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to onsite in Lexington Park, MD as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions and governance structures.
• Lead migration and modernization activities for SharePoint and related data.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other services.
• Design and maintain SharePoint and SQL data structures ensuring data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI to support logistics and program performance.
