Job summary

SG2 Recruiting, partnering with Q2IMPACT, seeks a SharePoint Solutions Architect to lead enterprise SharePoint Online and Power Platform initiatives for a DoD agency. You will bridge knowledge management strategy with technical execution and oversee secure, scalable architectures across NIPR/SIPR environments.

Required are an Active Secret clearance, 6+ years in enterprise SharePoint/Power Platform, and strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and military

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 6+ years designing and sustaining enterprise SharePoint Online solutions.
• Advanced expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with NIPR/SIPR environments and governances.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise SharePoint Online environments and taxonomy across NIPR/SIPR.
• Design scalable Power Platform solutions and dashboards.
• Translate Knowledge Management strategies into technical architectures.
• Develop low-code apps and automated workflows for mission needs.
• Prototype solutions, test, and secure configurations prior to deployment.
• Create reusable components and governance patterns for dispersed units.
• Document architectures, policies, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architects, and leadership to meet security requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of collaboration and information management.
