Qualifications
- Five+ years designing and sustaining enterprise-level SharePoint 365 solutions.
- Experience with SharePoint Online architecture and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Secure configuration and support across NIPR/SIPR environments.
- Translate governance, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to build scalable, reusable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and sustain SharePoint Online/M365 solutions.
- Translate KM requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure sites, lists, libraries, and content structures.
- Develop Power Apps for data capture, workflows, and decision support.
- Build Power Automate workflows for approvals and content lifecycle actions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations with Power BI.
- Perform KM administration in Army NIPR/SIPR 365 environments.
- Monitor automations and optimize performance.
- Generate reports on usage, governance, and adoption.
- Develop KM automation tools with KPIs and dashboards.
- Assess emerging technologies and plan integration across NG 365 environments.
- Document, version-control, and publish governance artifacts.
