Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Manager, Shared Sourcing to lead cross-business unit sourcing initiatives, drive cost savings, and strengthen supplier collaboration across the enterprise. You will partner with executives and suppliers to execute strategic sourcing, standardize processes, and improve performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in progressive sourcing, strong project management, and experience with Coupa or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Progressive experience in sourcing/procurement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects including RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management.
• Execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier innovation.
