Job summary

Aristocrat in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Category Manager for Logistics & Supply Chain to shape global sourcing strategy for freight, warehousing, courier, and related services. Lead multi-year roadmaps and high-value negotiations with logistics providers.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations, drive cost efficiency, risk management, and supplier performance, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management within logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record in global or multi-region category strategies for logistics services.
• Experience negotiating with logistics providers and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global category strategy for Logistics and Supply Chain Services, including freight, warehousing, courier, customs, MRO, and transportation.
• Establish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with business priorities, targets, requirements, risk and compliance.
• Lead high-value, complex sourcing initiatives globally, define negotiation strategies, supplier evaluation criteria, and commercial frameworks.
• Structure and negotiate strategic supplier agreements to optimize cost, service, reliability, risk, and long-term value.
• Own the global supplier landscape and category strategy, governance models, and preferred supplier frameworks.
• Lead senior-level supplier engagements to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams.
• Act as a consultant on logistics sourcing approach, supplier capacity, cost reduction, service quality, and risk management.
• Use analytics, market intelligence, and digital/AI tools to increase cost efficiency and supplier performance.
• Influence procurement policies, category strategies, and governance to align with risk, compliance, sustainability, and standards.
• Drive category-level transformation initiatives, including supplier consolidation, tender strategy, automation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Establish and monitor category performance measures (cost, savings, service levels, lead times, supplier performance).
• Mentor and support procurement and category team members by sharing expertise and best practices.
