You will partner with business leaders to execute strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.

The role calls for strong project management, data analytics, and stakeholder management, with a focus on standardizing processes and delivering value across MGM’s diverse resort portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive sourcing/procurement experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects, including RFx processes and contract management.
• Execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier innovation.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align enterprise-wide sourcing benefits with operational needs.
• Identify opportunities for category consolidation, standardization, and process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive collaboration and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution between stakeholders and suppliers.
• Enhance sourcing tools, templates, and reporting to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with policies, laws, and best practices.
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to support decisions and track results.
