Job summary

Loews Hotels, LLC. is seeking a Senior Sourcing and Contracting professional to lead a high-volume, multi-state sourcing and contracting team.

You will drive enterprise initiatives to improve cost, quality, and processes, managing the full contracting lifecycle from research through negotiation and execution. You will collaborate with hotel teams, Procurement Services, Legal, and Finance to ensure strong supplier performance and contract compliance, while developing supplier relationships and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related supply chain or procurement experience.
• Experience in OS&E, F&B, FF&E, Capital, Reserves and MRO preferred.
• Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled with technology-based systems including spend analytics and e-procurement tools.
• Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation and results-oriented work ethic.

What We’re Looking For

This role leads a highvolume, multistate sourcing and contracting team and drives enterprise initiatives that improve cost, quality, and processes. It manages the full contracting lifecycle, from research and RFPs through negotiation and execution, while ensuring strong supplier performance and contract compliance. The position also maintains a personal portfolio of contracts and collaborates closely with hotel teams, suppliers, Procurement Services, Legal, and Finance.

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute sourcing projects, including negotiation strategy, RFP development, supplier selection, business case creation, project management, and contract execution.




• Manage supply contracts to ensure optimal terms, compliance, and coverage.




• Oversee sourcing initiatives across multiple locations, including crossfunctional leadership of competitive bidding events.




• Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.




• Maintain strong technical knowledge of sourced products and services.




• Build and sustain relationships with financial and operational teams to support sourcing strategies.




• Track and report savings, compliance, and variances to the Associate Director of Sourcing, Contracting & Vendor Management.




• Leverage ebusiness tools for spend analysis, supplier intelligence, competitive bidding, and contract management.




• Manage supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable for meeting contractual obligations.




• Develop initiative timelines, meet milestones, and provide timely updates to leadership, elevating roadblocks as needed.




• Conduct supplier performance management, quality assessments, and supply market research.




• Stay current on business needs, industry trends, and supply market conditions.




• Support the Sr. Manager, of Sourcing and Contracting with contract development, supplier performance reviews, bid evaluations, and brand standard compliance.




• Assist with supplier onboarding, ebidding platform setup (PunchOut, EDI, Trade Simple), and product identification for OS&E, transitions, and newbuild hotels.




• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.




• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.




• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.




• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include
