Job summary

Loews Hotels, LLC. is seeking a Senior Sourcing and Contracting professional to lead a high-volume, multi-state sourcing and contracting team.

You will drive enterprise initiatives to improve cost, quality, and processes, managing the full contracting lifecycle from research through negotiation and execution. You will collaborate with hotel teams, Procurement Services, Legal, and Finance to ensure strong supplier performance and contract compliance, while developing supplier relationships and

Qualifications

3+ years of directly related supply chain or procurement experience.
Experience in OS&E, F&B, FF&E, Capital, Reserves and MRO preferred.
Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Skilled with technology-based systems including spend analytics and e-procurement tools.
Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
High motivation and results-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sourcing projects across multiple locations and teams.
Drive negotiation strategy, RFP development, supplier selection, and contract execution.
Oversee contract compliance and supplier performance.
Collaborate with hotel teams, Procurement Services, Legal, and Finance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Maintain strong knowledge of sourced products and services.
Report savings and compliance to leadership.
