Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Director of Technology Sourcing to lead the technology procurement strategy and execution in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, mentorship, and governance across the sourcing function, partnering with technology leaders and executives to drive value and profitability.

You'll collaborate with risk, legal, data security and tax teams to ensure compliant contracting, and mentor a team to deliver strategic acquisitions that

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology sourcing teams and negotiating tech contracts (RFX/SOW).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with risk, legal, data security and tax teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management in a hospitality context.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology sourcing team to deliver profitable acquisitions and optimized value.
• Develop and monitor processes, sourcing strategies, and budgets for short- and long-term profitability.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, data security, tax, and technology partners on contracts.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers and technology partners.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
