Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to own CRM campaigns end-to-end, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, and data automation. The role emphasizes scalable, high‑volume experiences and collaboration with Marketing, Data, and Legal teams.

You will stay current with Agentforce/LLM advancements, incorporating AI-assisted development while maintaining reliability in production. Strong QA and analytical skills are key for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Proficient in AMPscript and SSJS
• SQL proficiency for segmentation and troubleshooting
• Experience with APIs and high-volume production campaigns
• Knowledge of SFMC data model: Data Extensions, Data Views, Contact Builder

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end SFMC campaigns (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Development)
• Build scalable solutions using AMPscript, SQL, and APIs
• Own full lifecycle delivery from requirements through post-launch monitoring
• Implement complex journey logic with personalization and deduplication
• Mentor developers and contribute to best practices and documentation
• Partner with Marketing, Ops, Data and Solution teams for high-impact campaigns
