Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Technology Lead to drive the SFMC/Data Cloud platform build-out for B2B partner marketing. You will architect end-to-end data models, build knowledge graphs, and design data pipelines powering marketing campaigns and NBA recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years building and operating enterprise software platforms with hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud or comparable MarTech platforms.
• Experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end within a team or domain.
• Experience with data integration patterns connecting marketing platforms to upstream and downstream systems.
• Experience architecting data models for CRM/marketing platforms like Salesforce MC and Data Cloud.
• Data engineering experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and SQL in cloud warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex SFMC initiatives for partner marketing and NBA integration.
• Own end-to-end data model for SFMC and Data Cloud, including DMOs and DLOs.
• Design a knowledge graph connecting partner, property, contact, and campaign entities across SFMC and Data Cloud.
• Define ontology and identity resolution logic for unified profiles.
• Develop data capture, processing, storage, and distribution solutions powering campaigns and reporting.
• Build and maintain batch and streaming pipelines that are reliable and cost-efficient at scale.
