Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Technology Lead to drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives, owning end-to-end data models, integrations, and API exposure for marketing programs at scale.

You will orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines, build knowledge graphs, apply AI tooling, mentor engineers, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, cost-efficient data platforms that power personalized campaigns and NBA recommendations across EG's marketing stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise software platforms with hands-on SFMC/Data Cloud experience.
• Leadership of complex technical projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Experience with data integration patterns and data modeling for CRM/marketing platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/Java/Scala.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end SFMC initiatives for partner marketing.
• Architect end-to-end data models for SFMC/Data Cloud including DMOs/DLOs.
• Design a knowledge graph connecting partner, property, contact, and campaign entities.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines powering campaigns and reporting.
• Expose data via APIs and mentor engineers on platform standards.
• Apply AI tooling and enable agentic automation with guardrails.
