Accenture is seeking a cross-functional Marketing Cloud Engineer in New York to lead technical delivery for Financial Services clients, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and identity resolution. You will design and optimize customer journeys, implement data integrations, and drive AI-enabled marketing initiatives.
The role demands 8+ years in MarTech/CRM architecture with at least 5 years in SFMC leadership within a consulting or agency setting, plus a strong foundation in data
Competenze
- Minimum of 8 years of MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation.

- Marketing Cloud Solution Delivery – build and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for acquisition, engagement, retention, and servicing journeys.
- Campaign & Journey Development – design multi-channel campaigns, journeys, automations, and personalized communications.
- Data & Integration Engineering – implement integrations between Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, and external systems.
- Personalization & Customer Intelligence – develop audience segmentation, identity resolution, and tracking for personalization.
- Platform Operations & Optimization – support MC administration, automation, performance tuning, and release management.
