You will support Campaign Execution, Platform Operations, and governance across enterprise marketing programs. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SFMC experience, expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Cloud, plus collaboration with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy marketing campaigns using Email, Journey Builder, and Cloud Pages.
• Configure audience segmentation, data extensions, and personalization logic.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize journeys across programs.
• Coordinate with DevOps and IT for deployment and governance.
