Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture.
• 5+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
• 3+ years designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for Financial Services clients.
• Design, develop, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, automations, and personalized communications.
• Implement integrations between Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM platforms, and external systems to enable customer 360 and personalized experiences.
• Develop audience segmentation, identity resolution, tracking, and personalization capabilities that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Support Marketing Cloud administration, automation, performance tuning, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
