Tap Growth AI is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect to lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise marketing automation. You will drive governance, standards, and scalable SFMC solutions across Journey Builder, Email Studio, and integrations.

The role demands 7+ years of SFMC experience, hands-on AMPScript/SSJS/SQL/HTML, and a proven track record in multi-cloud architectures and API integrations within Salesforce ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 7+ years with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder.
• 7+ years of AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML development.
• 6+ years of SFMC architecture and solution design.
• 6+ years of APIs, integrations, and Marketing Cloud Connector capabilities.
• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM or related Salesforce ecosystem platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical SME for Marketing Cloud initiatives, leading architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise marketing automation solutions, integrations, and customer journeys.
• Bridge business objectives and technical execution, establishing scalable solutions, development standards, platform governance, and best practices across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Architect scalable SFMC solutions that support current business needs and future growth.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Translate complex business and marketing requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Design and develop personalized communications using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and dynamic data extensions.
• Architect and support integrations using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connector, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce ecosystem technologies.
