Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Home Delivered Meals operations and ensure participants receive high-quality service.
• Lead intakes, reassessments and referrals with accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as primary client contact, explain eligibility and connect to community resources.
• Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, supervision and recognition.
• Maintain confidential client records and support service continuity across routes.
