Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Meals on Wheels Data Support Assistant to handle daily route sheets, data entry, and reporting. You will manage ServTracker databases, generate schedules, and support the Aging & Nutrition Services division with administrative tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaborative reporting.

Full-time position based in Commerce City, CO, with typical 8:00am-4:30pm hours, Mon-Fri, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in an office/administrative environment.
• Proficient with Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and QA.
• Experience with database management and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with coworkers, management, participants, volunteers and the public.
• Prepare and manage daily route sheets and meal schedules.
• Maintain and update databases (ServTracker) and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Create and distribute route sheets and forecasts to departments and management.
• Support monthly reporting and data entry tasks as required by the Program Manager.
