Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Meals on Wheels Data Support Assistant to handle daily route sheets, data entry, reporting, and database management for the Aging & Nutrition Services Division.

You will maintain ServTracker, prepare distributions, support monthly reporting, and collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure accurate, timely information while upholding client confidentiality. This full-time role is based in Commerce City, CO with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent
• Two years' experience in an office/administrative environment
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data sets and generate insights
• Experience with data entry and maintaining records in a database system
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on data accuracy
• Own transportation and Colorado driver’s license with proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily route sheets, meal schedules, changeovers, and reschedules
• Maintain and update ServTracker and databases with meal schedules and service units
• Create and distribute route sheets and forecasts to departments and management
• Assist in maintaining program data and status reports
• Provide ServTracker data support for Meals on Wheels program
• Collaborate with Program Manager to finalize monthly routing for new/relocated clients
• Respect confidentiality of all program participants
