Job summary

Workday seeks a Senior Services Executive for Financial Services to lead services and deployment on key accounts. You will own the services strategy for your territory, guiding roadmaps, estimating effort and cost, and aligning resources to achieve business outcomes.

This quota-bearing role supports and accelerates Workday subscription sales by shaping, selling, and closing services engagements across complex enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in services sales, consulting, or implementation delivery within the Financial Services Industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with enterprise ERP, Financials, Planning, or similar SaaS solutions.
• Prior experience with Financials solutions, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, or financial operations.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting complex services engagements or enterprise sales cycles.
• Prior experience creating or supporting services proposals, statements of work, implementation estimates, or deployment roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives, constraints, and risk profiles.
• Design deployment and transformation approaches tailored to Financial Services needs.
• Shape and negotiate services deals that set engagements up for success.
• Monitor in-flight customer engagements and coordinate the right interventions from Global Services, Partners, and Customer Experience teams.
