Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Services Executive for Financial Services to lead services and deployment on key accounts. You will own the services strategy for your territory, guiding roadmaps, estimating effort, and aligning resources to achieve business outcomes.

This quota-bearing role supports Workday subscription sales by shaping, selling, and closing services engagements, leveraging ERP/Financials expertise and a partner ecosystem to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in services sales, consulting, or implementation delivery within Financial Services.
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise ERP, Financials, Planning, or similar SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Financials solutions, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, or financial operations.
• 4+ years of experience supporting complex services engagements or enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience creating or supporting services proposals, statements of work, implementation estimates, or deployment roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives, constraints, and risk profiles.
• Design deployment and transformation approaches tailored to Financial Services needs.
• Shape and negotiate services deals that set engagements up for success.
• Monitor in-flight customer engagements and coordinate interventions from Global Services, Partners, and Customer Experience teams.
