Qualifications

• 4+ years in services sales, consulting, or implementation delivery in Financial Services.
• 4+ years with enterprise ERP/Financials/Planning or similar SaaS.
• Experience with Financials: accounting, budgeting, financial planning, operations.
• 4+ years supporting complex services engagements or enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience creating or supporting services proposals, statements of work, estimates, or roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives, constraints, and risk profiles.
• Design deployment and transformation approaches for Financial Services needs.
• Shape and negotiate services deals for successful engagements.
• Monitor in-flight engagements and coordinate interventions from Global Services, Partners, and Customer Experience teams.
• Collaborate across direct and partner-led motions with account teams and partners.
