Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proficient with CRM, project management, and scheduling apps.
• Coachable and able to follow brand playbook.
• Strong local network in Beaufort County area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Follow outreach plan to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain contact through visits, calls, emails, events.
• Represent Caring Transitions professionally at all times.
• Provide weekly/monthly activity reports to management.
• Attend industry networking and community events.
