Caring Transitions of Vacaville is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to connect with referral partners and generate opportunities serving seniors and their families. The role focuses on relationship-building with senior living communities, realtors, estate attorneys, hospice providers, and allied organizations within the service area.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with local travel and the potential to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Coachable professional who values the franchise system and follows brand playbook.
• Comfortable in a growing business and capable of solving problems independently.
• Self-motivated with urgency to hit deadlines and drive community impact.
• Established local connections in the senior living/geriatric care community is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for local networking and brand representation.
• Willingness to travel locally within the service area

Responsibilities

• Referral Partner Development & Outreach: identify and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Relationship Maintenance: provide updates to partners and appreciation gestures.
• Marketing & Event Engagement: present to senior communities and offices; attend events.
• Tracking & Reporting: keep referral/lead data and provide activity reports
