Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a ServiceNow FSO Developer in the United States, Columbus area. You will lead hands-on development for FSO and CSM projects, build workflows, and implement integrations using Integration Hub and MID servers.

The role emphasizes governance, best practices, and applying AI/automation to improve processes. A strong CS degree and 6+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow FSO or CSM implementation.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) applications and workflows.
• Build and customize applications using App Engine Studio.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
• Implement integrations with other platforms using Integration Hub.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available.
• Develop API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
