Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation within the Government & Public Services team. You will translate mission needs into migration and integration requirements, develop mappings, and validate data to support secure, compliant system changes.

Work closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to align roadmaps, document procedures, and ensure readiness for Authority to Operate. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or system implementation.
• 3+ years developing source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and data validation criteria.
• 3+ years documenting functional requirements, test scenarios, and operational procedures.
• 3+ years supporting RMF and ATO requirements.
• 3+ years translating mission needs with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to travel 0-25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs and data requirements into functional migration and integration requirements.
• Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria, and data quality checks.
• Create test scenarios, document expected results, and support defect triage and resolution activities.
• Coordinate with business, product, and technical stakeholders to align system changes to roadmap priorities and implementation objectives.
• Support operational readiness by documenting procedures and ensuring changes align with RMF and ATO requirements.
