You will lead workshops, design scalable workflows, oversee code quality, and act as the technical expert in customer engagements, while driving customer outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ServiceNow experience across two or more apps.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
• Experience with architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, applications, and integrations.
• Previous consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops with customers to assess processes.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow workflows with scalable architecture.
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code.
• Serve as the technical expert in customer engagements.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements and outcomes.
