Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant (IC4) to join the team in Brazil. The role requires a strong technical background across the ServiceNow platform, with depth in integrations, RPA, App Engine, portals, and core development.

You will design and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, lead complex integrations and AI-enabled solutions including Now Assist, and provide technical governance while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with ServiceNow platform in consulting, development, or architecture roles.
• Advanced English and Portuguese fluency; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
