We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform to meet customer needs, ensuring long-term success and adherence to ServiceNow technical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes
• Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by others
• Serve as the technical expert in customer engagements
• Ensure solutions achieve customer outcomes and meet business requirements
• Assist in project planning activities and know how to keep tasks moving
• Identify additional opportunities to assist customers
• Continuously learn market changes and application enhancements to coach clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years ServiceNow experience in two or more ServiceNow application areas designing and deploying end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with architecture design, development, and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends
• Have technical level knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform, key applications, and integrations
• Previous consulting experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading customer technical project execution
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications for related applications including ITSM and one other application
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Integrations using REST / APIs
