Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.

The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow experience in architecture or leadership, with strong integration skills and enterprise-scale mindset, driving data, security, and standardization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or leadership roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, scripting, scoped apps and platform internals.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and REST APIs for complex integrations.
• Experience designing CMDB, discovery, and service mapping implementations.
• Strong understanding of platform security, ACLs, and role design at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.
• Define standards for data, integration, security, and customization to keep the platform scalable and aligned with business priorities.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps and influence engineers, business partners, and executives.

Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $165,000-$185,000 Annually
