Job summary

Insight Global partners with a leading health system in the Philadelphia suburbs to fill a ServiceNow Technical Lead role. This hands-on leadership position serves as the organization's senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform and drives enterprise-wide optimization and modernization.

You will guide platform upgrades, governance, and best practices across HRSD, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and CMDB, mentor developers, and work with stakeholders to design scalable, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications in good standing.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience across HRSD, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Experience leading platform upgrades, governance initiatives, and enterprise-scale enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform upgrades, governance initiatives, and enterprise-scale enhancements for ServiceNow.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to developers and deliver complex solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and platform owners to optimize and modernize the ServiceNow environment.
