Job description

Place of Performance: Remote, but must be able to work 8:00 - 5:00 EST

Years of Experience: 5+

Education/Certification Requirements: BS in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical degree, or 10+ years of experience. ServiceNow Certification is a plus.

Specific Duties

This position will provide ServiceNow Platform Administration services, including but not limited to:

1. Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions, including preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
2. Set up and configure ServiceNow instances, including cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc.
3. Perform routine maintenance such as performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.
4. Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access, and Access Control Lists.
5. Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instances.
6. Resolve help desk/support tickets for reported incidents or defects.
7. Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support.
• Experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets.
• Experience configuring MID-Servers.
• Strong experience deploying in an Agile environment.
