Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Principal Consultant, Solutions Architect ServiceNow - Technology & Security in the United States. You will lead the architecture and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management.

You will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into scalable platform strategies, drive repeatable architectures, and mentor delivery teams while contributing to pre-sales discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ successful ServiceNow deployments.
• Excellent communication with executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations and IRM.
• Architect CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping strategies.
• Design security incident and vulnerability response solutions.
• Develop integrations with SIEM, SOAR and threat intel platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
