Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to maximize value of the ServiceNow investment by delivering scalable, high-quality platform solutions. You will assess requirements, design and configure solutions, and support continuous improvement of digital workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM and more.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or completion of a college program.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience with designing, developing, testing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS or related application development.
• 2 or more years of experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advanced experience in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, HAM/SAM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC
• Proficiency in ServiceNow portal development.
• Current Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one other Certified Implementation Specialist designation.
• Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs and LDAP Integration
• Bilingual - English and French required for the role.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Within the ServiceNow group, the implementation specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment.
• Work with clients to provide technical expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, HAM/SAM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC
• Understand and utilize ServiceNow methodologies, collateral, and accelerators
• Conduct gap analyses to identify delta between current and desired ServiceNow environment
• Design, build, test and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Install and configure ServiceNow infrastructure environment and assist with demonstrations of ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Participate in project team collaboration sessions with Project Manager, Solution Architects and Process Consultants
• Provide support for existing ServiceNow solutions and recommend opportunities for enhancements
