Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect for the ServiceNow Business Group in the United States. You will architect large‑scale ServiceNow solutions, lead teams of developers, and work with executive sponsors to align technology with business goals.

You will leverage enterprise software experience to influence governance, program management, and modernize client platforms while accessing Accenture's training and certification opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in a technical architecture, lead engineer, or equivalent senior role.
• Minimum 8 years' experience driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy in consulting or professional services.
• Minimum 6 years' experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow developers and/or architects.
• Minimum 6 years' hands-on experience with architecture, engineering standards, code reviews and platform governance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with scripting on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, APIs).
• Minimum 6 years' experience delivering solutions in Agile delivery models.
• Minimum 3 ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS_ITSM (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if Associate’s degree, additional 6 years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Be process oriented and prefer order over chaos in project delivery.
• Seek help from peers and SMEs when needed to ensure quality outcomes.
• Influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders on governance, program management, and technical decisions.
