Job summary

Accenture plc in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Architect who can drive technical strategy and lead multi-disciplinary teams across client engagements. You will shape scalable platform solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate with sponsors to achieve governance and transformation goals.

This role emphasizes enterprise software experience, cloud familiarity, and strong communication. Travel may be required; you will work with Fortune 500 clients and contribute to service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience driving IT transformation and strategy planning, preferably in high-tech consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing and enforcing standards (code reviews, architectural reviews).
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Wagile).
• Three ServiceNow certifications (System Admin, Application Developer, ITSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers in a technical management capacity.
• Influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders on governance and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to identify value opportunities.
