Qualifications
- 8+ years delivering or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience implementing HRSD/ITSM/Discovery/Service Mapping or SAM.
- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
- U.S. residency and work authorization required.
Responsibilities
- Solution design and architecture for ServiceNow platforms and integrations.
- Provide implementation oversight ensuring design fidelity and standards.
- Perform performance analysis and optimize for efficiency.
- Design QA plans and ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain scope and timeline.
- Design security plans and ensure compliance across solutions.
- Create technical documentation and lead knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with ServiceNow developments and best practices.
- Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively.
- Mentor and coach team members; drive growth within the practice.
- Foster strategic relationships with clients and partners.
