Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience with communication campaigns and event coordination projects.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on projects, preferably utilizing Agile methodology.
• 3+ years of experience leading multiple teams.
• US Citizenship required for this position.
• This on-site role is based in Vienna, VA, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordinator for activities supporting event delivery for communication and event projects.
• Direct project planning and execution, maintaining scope, priorities, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as a key government-stakeholder contact, aligning priorities and outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, requirements discussions, and contract reporting.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and end-user requirements into actionable items.
• Facilitate collaboration among business, technical, and end-user teams to drive priorities.
