Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading ServiceNow projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in large enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-team and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to handle project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
