Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and implementation processes.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams, business partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through post-implementation support.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, development, operations, and vendors.
• Manage dependencies, issues, risks, and scope changes with visibility into progress.
• Translate business needs into platform requirements and implementation plans.
• Oversee testing, UAT, release readiness, deployment, and handoff.
• Communicate project status and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and SaaS integrations to support delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
