You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure releases meet business objectives. The role requires 8+ years in product ownership or related roles, strong Agile/Scrum experience, and hands‑on ServiceNow expertise (CRM modules preferred; ITSM acceptable).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow CRM modules; ITSM acceptable.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and align solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with product KPIs, business metrics, and continuous improvement.

Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire
