Job summary

FlexTG is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy, evolution, governance, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. This is not a traditional PO role; we want a true ServiceNow product expert guiding the ecosystem, integrations, and long-term platform strategy.

The candidate will partner with stakeholders at all levels, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive platform adoption to deliver measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Ownership or related tech role.
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow work in an enterprise environment.
• ITSM knowledge including incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize development work.
• Drive governance and ensure initiatives align with long-term strategy.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing coordination, and UAT.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to deliver platform enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and value.
