Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technical Product Owner to join its Business Agility practice in a 2+ month engagement. You will partner with stakeholders, translate needs into user stories, and align with ServiceNow capabilities for successful delivery.

The role emphasizes backlog planning, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting. Prior SAFe/CSPO certification is preferred, with competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong BA experience supporting Agile software development teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a SAFe or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and development lifecycle.
• Ability to write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Help prioritize work and manage competing stakeholder needs
• Drive solution discussions and ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Assist with roadmap planning, dependency management, and release coordination within a Scaled Agile framework
