Job summary

Flexential is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions in a data center–intense environment. You will own platform work from requirements through production support, collaborating with platform owners, engineers, operations, and stakeholders.

Primary focus areas include ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, discovery, service mapping, integrations, automation, and platform health.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience across configuration, development, integration, or production support.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience across incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, knowledge, and approvals.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database and Common Service Data Model; Discovery and Service Mapping familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow capabilities using native features and low-code automation.
• Improve workflows for incident, major incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, knowledge, approvals, and service levels.
• Build and maintain CMDB and CSDM, including data quality controls and ownership relationships.
