The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in solution architecture, a track record with platforms like ServiceNow or Salesforce, and strong communication skills for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical delivery.
• Experience leading multi-stream telco implementations in consulting or SI environments.
• Strong communication with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor delivery teams and raise technical capability.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across the engagement, aligning with client objectives and long-term roadmap.
• Serve as primary architectural contact, building trusted relationships with client leadership.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture and delivery plans.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams across engineers, analysts, and PMs.
• Lead design reviews, architectural governance, and QA checkpoints throughout the lifecycle.
